Q:Are your shoes made of leather?
A:Generally our shoes are not made of leather. Most of our shoes are made of PU leather in order to control and shape them better and to present the color more clearly. If you prefer leather shoes you have the option of adding a leather upgrade in the Custom Options section when you place your order.
Q:Why some of my shoes in one order are dispatched separately?
A:We have several warehouses located in different cities in Amercia, and each warehouse is stored with different products. Therefore, orders with multiple shoes will be dispatched separately.

I have loved every shoe that I bought through FSJ and they have great customer service, but I feel that when changes are made to the accounts as far as changes to how style points are used there should be an email or something to make us awhere of the changes. Other than that, I will continue to shop with FSJ. I absolutely love the variety and quality of the shoes!!
