Q:Are your shoes made of leather?
A:Generally our shoes are not made of leather. Most of our shoes are made of PU leather in order to control and shape them better and to present the color more clearly. If you prefer leather shoes you have the option of adding a leather upgrade in the Custom Options section when you place your order.
Q:Why some of my shoes in one order are dispatched separately?
A:We have several warehouses located in different cities in Amercia, and each warehouse is stored with different products. Therefore, orders with multiple shoes will be dispatched separately.

Beautiful shoe, especially for the price. Not cheap looking at all. The material was great too. I'm wearing them for my wedding and I'm thrilled with these. If you're between sizes or have wide feet, I'd go up a size. I'm a size 8, usually 8.5 in dress shoes. I got a 9 and they fit perfectly. Even with wide feet these didn't make my feet bulge out or anything. The heel is thin but still super easy to walk in.

I called and spoke with a gentleman on the phone regarding a price discrepancy that was advertised compared to what the price was online. He was extremely helpful and offered to accommodate the advertised price as well as offering me 15% off for being a first time customer.
