A:Dear customer ,our products are delivered via DHL, So it could be delivered worldwide.
Q:How long will it take to receive the products if I placed an order on FSJ?
A: 5-15 working days in general
After you placed the order, we need 3-7 working days for producing your shoes (after order placed, every shoes would be produced by hand to ensure the quality).
And We provide 2 shipping methods for choosing.
1. DHL / Express Shipping: $18 (5 business days to arrive).
2. Free Shipping ( only avaliable for USA, France, UK) :12-15 business days to arrive.
Q:Are your shoes made of leather?
A:Generally our shoes are not made of leather. Most of our shoes are made of PU leather in order to control and shape them better and to present the color more clearly. If you prefer leather shoes you have the option of adding a leather upgrade in the Custom Options section when you place your order.
Q:Why some of my shoes in one order are dispatched separately?
A:We have several warehouses located in different cities in Amercia, and each warehouse is stored with different products. Therefore, orders with multiple shoes will be dispatched separately.

bought these a half size smaller than I usually wear and they fit perfectly without leaving overhang in the back. I wore these for a figure competition. I was concerned at first that not having an ankle strap would make me unsteady in them, or clunky. They worked great!!! I wore them for hours at a time and they were very comfortable, and I did not miss the ankle strap. In fact, these looked better than the shoes with the ankle strap, and did not create an irritated spot on my ankle from a buckle.
